My goal with sellers is to sell your home for what it deserves and in your preferred time frame. To achieve this, I first complete a walk-through where you guide me through every room in the house so I can get a clear understanding of its current condition. Since I have background experience in plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical, my opinion helps make sure that no repairs are needed in order to sell your home efficiently. Then, utilizing all of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty’s resources and tools, I will compare other recent listings, establish a marketing plan and list your home for sale. Communication is key and I make it a priority to keep you updated throughout the whole process in regards to open houses, showing feedback, market changes and offers.
